At Urban Sauna, all products are carefully checked before delivery to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If anything isn't right, we'll work with you to resolve it promptly.

Delivery Check

Please inspect the product upon delivery.

Any visible damage or missing items should be reported within 48 hours
Kindly share photos or videos so we can assist you quickly

If no issues are reported within this timeframe, the product will be considered accepted in good condition.

Warranty

All products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

This does not cover issues resulting from improper installation, electrical setup, misuse, or external damage.

Returns

Returns are only applicable for items that arrive damaged or defective and are reported within the 48-hour window.

To be eligible:

The product should remain unused and uninstalled
All parts and accessories should be intact

If return collection is required, a logistics fee of approximately AED 699 may apply, depending on location and access.

How We Resolve

Once reviewed, we'll resolve the issue through:

Repair
Replacement
Store credit, where appropriate

We'll always guide you on the best option based on the situation.

Installation & Access

All electrical connections should be carried out by a qualified electrician. Urban Sauna is not responsible for issues arising from improper installation or non-compliant electrical supply.

The client is responsible for ensuring clear access and suitable installation conditions at the delivery location. Any additional costs due to access limitations may be charged separately.

Additional Notes

Minor variations in wood grain, tone, or natural finish are part of the material and are not considered defects.
