At Urban Sauna, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we're here to help make it right.
Return Eligibility
Defective or damaged items may be returned within 07 days of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- All included tags, accessories, and documentation must remain intact.
- You must report the defect or damage within 07 days of receiving your order.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@urbansauna.ae with the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defective or damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Return Shipping
Products must be shipped to:
Urban Sauna – Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insured shipment, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded in full or credited to your account as store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if a refund is processed, return shipping will be deducted from the total.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@urbansauna.ae.
