Refund & Returns Policy

Cancellation

Urban Sauna has a no-cancellation policy. Once a purchase is confirmed and payment is made, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Delivery timelines are clearly stated on each product page, and by completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to these timelines.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged, and this must be reported within 07 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• All included tags and accessories must remain intact.

If a request is made before dispatch, a store credit worth 90% of the order value may be issued.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Returns

Defective or damaged items may be returned within 07 days of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges.

Approved returns will be refunded in full or credited to your account as store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if a refund is processed, return shipping will be deducted from the total.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insured shipment, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary by location.
